You’ll even find the name of the craftsman who brought your product to life, included on a removable sticker inside the frame. We like to keep it personal that way!

- This is only a general guideline for our processing times. See your product details to see how soon a specific item is expected to ship. Processing begins only when successful payment has been applied to the order. Denied credit card authorizations or incorrect address fixes will delay processing start times.
- Our FREE shipping policy applies for Standard delivery with FREE tracking code.
- If you select Expedited or Overnight delivery for your order, you will receive priority processing which shortens the processing time; however, you are expected to pay extra for shipping cost during checkout.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your toys ship, we’ll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you don’t receive one, please let us know.
In addition, we currently use VNPost (the biggest shipping carrier in Vietnam).
